I want it to be the bedroom. Also there is a size to take into account i can t remember the max room size but i fell victim to that on terra incognita several times. The inside is the same basic outline they give you nothing changed and the second floor is the extra bigger rooms you need like beds and kitchen. The higher a town s base level the more citizens it will attract and better quality items will become available.

Need a door and lights need to be two block high at max if you want it to look like you have it hide a torch etc behind something at ground level it should register then.
